Fitora: Backoffice and POS for a Healthy Food Brand

Fitora sells salads, chia pudding, brown rice bowls, and cold-pressed juice from its outlet and through GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.

The challenge

Orders and payouts were spread across three delivery apps and the outlet. Matching each platform's settlement report to the orders behind it was slow, manual work.

What we built

  • Outlet POS with prices per sales channel
  • Sales imported from GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood reports
  • Settlement import that matches platform payouts to their orders
  • Purchasing and suppliers with ingredient cost tracking
  • Production batches and stock levels, with low-stock alerts
  • Profit dashboard with COGS and margin per product

Reconciling delivery-platform settlements now takes under a minute.

Koogita: An AI Journaling App

Koogita helps people think through what they write. AI Lenses comment on a note one sentence at a time, and a library of frameworks gives every blank page a starting point.

The challenge

Journaling apps either leave people alone with a blank page or answer for them. Koogita needed AI that asks and reflects, without taking over the writing.

What we built

  • Rich-text editor with autosave and voice recording
  • AI Lenses such as Alternative Perspectives, Past Memories, and Thinking Traps
  • Library of journaling frameworks and multi-day paths
  • Daily rituals and a writing streak
  • English and Indonesian interface
