Rekanka: One App to Run a Small Business

Rekanka brings the cashier, stock, recipes, online orders, and finances of an Indonesian small business into one app, set up for ten business types, from restaurants and coffee shops to retail stores, barbershops, and agencies.

The challenge

Owners keep sales, purchases, delivery-app payouts, and orders in different places. They can see how busy the day was, but not how much money is actually left.

What we built

Cashier that keeps recording sales when the internet drops
Recipes with cost per portion that follows the latest purchase prices
GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood reports turned into transactions, with profit per channel
Etalase, an online storefront whose orders land next to cashier sales
Invoices with due dates and installments, bookings per staff, and projects with hours and costs
Modules installed per business type at sign-up

Owners see the money left after commissions, discounts, and costs, per menu item and per channel, not just revenue.

Fitora: Backoffice and POS for a Healthy Food Brand

Fitora sells salads, chia pudding, brown rice bowls, and cold-pressed juice from its outlet and through GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.

The challenge

Orders and payouts were spread across three delivery apps and the outlet. Matching each platform's settlement report to the orders behind it was slow, manual work.

What we built

Outlet POS with prices per sales channel
Sales imported from GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood reports
Settlement import that matches platform payouts to their orders
Purchasing and suppliers with ingredient cost tracking
Production batches and stock levels, with low-stock alerts
Profit dashboard with COGS and margin per product

Reconciling delivery-platform settlements now takes under a minute.

Koogita: An AI Journaling App

Koogita helps people think through what they write. AI Lenses comment on a note one sentence at a time, and a library of frameworks gives every blank page a starting point.

The challenge

Journaling apps either leave people alone with a blank page or answer for them. Koogita needed AI that asks and reflects, without taking over the writing.
